Meet Our Founder
Ananya Kumar is a student at Hopkinton High School with a passion for neuroscience, mental health, and public policy. She has been a yoga instructor since 2021, teaching mostly kids and older adults.
She was introduced to the concept of neuroplasticity and habit formation through her interest in neuroscience, and consequently through her experience as a international competitive yoga athlete.
Ananya advocates for neuroplasticity to be used to better the lives of kids and older adults, while still maintaining the big idea of a growth mindset.
By instilling positive habits, she hopes to improve the relationships between people and themselves, others, and the world around them, both locally and globally.
