We design programming focused on habit formation, neuroplasticity and inter-generational community building. Both youth and seniors benefit from our programs through accountability, positive reinforcement and expert guidance aimed at improving mental and physical wellness. We achieve this through our two cornerstone programs, WiringRight and Mobility & Stability.

Mobility & Stability helps seniors improve the quality of their daily lives through on-site programs featuring gentle movement in a group setting.

The exercises in the Mobility and Stability brochure are relatively easy and only take 30 minutes to do. I could see improvement in my balance and flexibility after doing the exercises faithfully for a couple of weeks and these favorable results have continued. I fact, I do some at various times during the day in addition to the 30 minutes because they really help my arthritis and make me feel so much better. Do the neck exercises while sitting at a red light or when in traffic and the heal and toe exercises plus the ankle circles I do when sitting in a waiting room or watching TV.
I’ve been doing the Mobility and Stability program since sometime in January. It doesn’t take much time to run through all the exercises each day. I have noticed that my balance and ability to do activities has improved significantly. The volunteers are extremely supportive and really pleasant to speak with. I would highly recommend that everyone do this program regardless of age to improve the aging process . As the saying goes “use it or lose it “
The mobility stability program is very easy to do and does not take very long it only takes about 15 minutes I would recommend it to anyone who needs help with stability
